To ensure the best experience for all guests, please review the policies below regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows before booking. Cancellation / Rescheduling: • IV Hydration, Facials, and Waxing: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% service fee. • Botox: For Botox appointments, cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will incur a flat fee of $50. No-Shows: • IV Hydration, Facials, and Waxing: No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. • Botox: No-shows for Botox appointments will be charged a flat fee of $50.
